About Paradise Siberia
This work by PPTV Paradise Siberia uses NOWHERE SOUND MACHINE, a device that makes the fermentation process audible.
On the A side, the signal received from the yeast that listened to the DJ mix was converted to MIDI to produce a synth, while on the B side, the sound source was layered according to the yeast signal, which was the opposite approach to the A side.
Therefore, Paradise Siberia can be said to be a documentary work that records the dialogue between the fungus and DJ.
