Fallen Metropolis:

"Fallen Metropolis presents the third album from Trafo.

Long after the collapse of human civilization, a mysterious meteorite crashes on Earth bringing with it the DNA of lifeforms from another galaxy. Incredibly adaptable lifeforms quickly took advantage of Earth's still life-supporting atmosphere and started reproducing, evolving, adapting, learning and creating a utopian post-human society.

Eventually they found the ruins and remnants of the old human world.
They were intrigued by the objects and structures they discovered and quickly developed the technology to investigate these antique relics and bring them back to life - Ultratek, as later named by posthumans.

Years into research of their predecessors lifeforms they found
a place unlike any other. It was still breathing with energy of the old world, running through conductors of some kind which resembled sinews of some strange organism. They used their advanced life-restoring beams on.
the discovered sarcophagae, but little did they know it was an old cryogenic chamber, filled with brains and bodies of long extinct humans.
Without surprise, the tech worked wonderfully, awakening the humans from their eons long sleep..."
