While the surf guitar still sets the tone, it is augmented by collaborator Finna's trumpet, log drums, prepared turntables and defunct effect devices, providing a dangerous tropical escapist theme. From the urgency of «Your Ship Will Go Down» to the terrifying finale of Nippon-inspired «Drinking The Kool-Aid», there's a narrative unfolding, where darkness will descend upon the jungle coastline."
