"As a technique to spontaneously compose and recompose music using only prerecorded material, DJing is improvisational, compositional, and electroacoustic. dj sniff presents a one-week program featuring Mariam Rezaei from Newcastle, UK, SlowPitchSound from Toronto, and DJ (Rex Chen) from Taichung. This kind of place is what I think of when I picture \"The Palace\". It wasn't much but it was ours and was secret and we could do whatever we wanted and be ourselves, away from authority figures.
