"I use an old 1970's electro-acoustic Eko Ranger XII acoustic guitar body. I divorced it from its neck some years ago due to an unfixable neck-block crack which was producing an alarming and uncontrollable escalation in the instrument's string action. The removal of the I developed new approaches involving electronics, kinetic and percussive investigations and a feedback loop system. After several years of working exclusively in this way. , I feel that I have developed a number of techniques to a point where I can "play" the thing in as expressive a way as if it were a conventional instrument. ”
