"Non Sapevo Amore is Devi Tensione's second album, coming after “Un sisma mentre ci voltiamo di spalle” (Union Editions 2021) and Tanto Tempo EP (Riforma 2022).

In “Non Sapevo Amore” we can hear for the first time the outcome of Devi Tensione's research in voice digitisation and alteration, with a brilliant deconstruction of songwriting in his personal approach. We are deeply thrilled of this long waited album, on which he started working during 2019, evolving among different phases of Devi Tensione human and artistic development. ..

Inside you will find a DIY kit for home-mades NSA CD-r (printable cover and audio files), along with all the previous versions of the songs + some unreleased tracks and, most importantly, a deconstructed perspective through the work. Devi Tensione and The Other made available all the sources behind the artistic process that led to the creation of artwork and music itself: samples, field recordings, stems, grids, colors and paintings layers.

The process of opening up the work, splitting it by allowing those who wish to enter into it, manipulate it and enjoy it, returns the sense of a'pop'art in its folk meaning. The artwork is curated by The Other, an overlap of different layers painted with different techniques, here you have an excerpt from his meditations creating it.
