"Ever since the advent of digital technology, there has been a kind of struggle, a restless undercurrent in electronic music. A persistent, unresolved tension that has led to many radical developments in the history of the genre. an always puzzling relationship between sound produced (and reproduced) and physicality itself, the virtualized engineering of sonic ecosystems and the sensuousness of resonators in material space.
