The CD released in July 2020 by Saga-based left-handed techno writer Sappow has arrived. The following is a commentary by the writer himself.

The fun of an instrument called a synthesizer has been expressed in dance music such as techno, but I think that there are still many ways to express it, and I recently noticed that it is an interesting music that combines the guitar as an instrument with impact. This work "ANTENNA" was created in search of whether it could be made.In addition, the structure of the instrument is extremely simple because this work was created on the assumption that it will be played live.Since it is a recording, I have overdubbed it several times, but I think that it has made it a work that can be listened to over and over again.I also made the sound space very particular.I think it will be more wild and primitive at live performances.

I've adopted various types of beats, including four-on-the-floor, and I like music that has a slightly jazz-like atmosphere, ambient-based, techno-like phrasing, and experimental-like music. I'm greedy as much as possible.I found it very interesting that it was the result of creating and accumulating songs as I like with a limited number of instruments, rather than consciously stuffing them.

Also, I would like to thank montahes for playing the guitar.Thank you for coming up with my crazy idea. There was a scene where I could see that he was suffering very much depending on the song, but I am very grateful for trying many times.Since we were recording with our guitar and synth at the same time, it was an album with a big improvisational part, but thanks to that, we were able to complete it.

The self-released CD by Saga-based left field techno artist Sappow.

I have expressed the fun of an instrument called a synthesizer in dance music such as techno, but I think that there are still many ways to express it, and I recently renewed my interest in playing a guitar as an instrument that has an impact. album "ANTENNA" was created by searching for the possibility of making interesting music by mixing the guitar and synth. Also, since this work was produced on the premise of playing live, the structure of the instrument is extremely simple. I've done over dubbing I think it will be more wild and primitive in live. I made the sound space very carefully. I think it will be more wild and primitive in live.

I've introduced various types of beats, including four beats, and I like music that has a slightly jazz atmosphere, ambient-based music, techno-like phrasing, experimental music, etc. I am greedily packed as much as possible. I thought it was very interesting that the result was the result of accumulating songs with a limited number of musical instruments and accumulating them rather than consciously packing them.

I would also like to thank monthaes for playing the guitar. Thank you for working with me on my outrageous idea. We were recording with our guitar and synth recording at the same time, so it's an extremely improvised album, but thanks to that we were able to complete it. -Sappow
