Description by Misophonia:

"Sindaco started producing electronic industrial music on tape in the mid '80 and Detroit-influenced techno during the nineties, releasing albums for ACV, Minus Habens, Eukatech, Irma and more. He has been the first techno dj in Bologna (Italy) with a 10 years residency at Link Club sharing decks with Underground Resistance, Aphex Twin, Theo Parrish and many others. Since 2007 he has run his own label OTO Casa Discografica, focused on merging electronic music and contemporary art.
"Cannibalism Begins At Home" is the first album for Misophonia Records: an exploration into several shades of modern psychedelia. All tracks have been recorded with the same setup Sindaco used during the eighties, back when tape reel to reels, noisy drum machines and analogues The songs portray an untamed fantastic landscape: a Blade Runner african hypercity where juju polyrhythm are played by computers. Guests are soundtracks composer Bartolomeo Sailer on Serge Modular System and Eurorack japanese wiz Tatsuya Hirano. "
