Palace Of Lights:

"'Found object'is a loan translation from the French objet trouvé, describing art created from undisguised, but often modified, objects or products that are not normally considered materials from which art is made, often because they already have a non-art function. Found Objects is a diverse collection of pieces that find form , shimmer, and collapse. As music built on fractured rhythms, noise, lo-fi voicing, unlooped patterns, and meticulous, high-resolution reprocessing Leimer creates an analogy to Automatic Writing and Readymade techniques in sound. These pieces were built up and then edited down to the point where things start to disjoint, to fall apart in transparent, asymmetrical decay. And then that process was repeated: constant. layering up and stripping down. All the while avoiding any specific sense that these pieces were adhering to a single, particular genre. ”After 11 months of studio isolation Found Objects is all t hat remained. "
