"Gultskra Artikler is the side project of Russia based Pixelord, an artist who needs no introduction in the electronic music underground. Having dropped on many labels; Dream Catalog, Opal Tapes, and his own imprint Hyperboloid.
Gultskra is cold, the sounds of abandoned PCs in empty Soviet research facilities, recalling early Aphex Twin specifically'Selected Ambient Works'. Korolev is a trip through Northern winds at night, blinking streetlights breathe their last breath before dying and all that is left is to get lost in darkness.
Korolev is an album dedicated to the industrial city in Moscow Oblast, named after the rocket engineer Sergei Korolev. He is regarded by many as the father of practical astronautics. He was involved in the development of the R-7 Rocket, Sputnik 1, and launching Laika and the first human being, Yuri Gagarin, into space. "
