"With a lifetime spent in rhythm and production, Auflassen is an exuberant maturation and homecoming for Guillaume Coutu Dumont—a sonic distillation of two decades working in the realm of electronic music.
Alongside pianist and longtime collaborator Nicolas Boucher, drummer Robbie Kuster and saxophonist Sébastien Arcand-Tourigny, Auflassen creates an organic symbiosis of live instruments and electronics.
