"Baltimore based artist Door, who founded the (now defunct) mythic west-side warehouse venue "America", has been an integral part of the city's underground electronic music scene for well over a decade. For the last eight years Door has focused on his solo project: Network Glass. "The project's intention has always been to facilitate any / every source imaginable as a utility for composition in sound. Network Glass functions autonomously, without the linear / emotional trajectory that typically confines most recognizable narrative structures. The outright rejection of idiomatic musical conditioning creates new possibilities for an alternative relationship between sound and listener. " --Door, Baltimore 2019.
