People catch their breaths and do Tai Chi exercises. I do various exercises.When the sun rises, there are quiet moments when all the lights on the path go out.I can't believe how many times I stop to think and am illuminated by the slight rays of the rising sun. I look up at the light in the water vapor and click. All the lights go out. Maybe I'm looking for the word "creepy" because it feels good when that happens. Is it because in the darkest moments of the morning, when you allow your shadowed, vulnerable self to show up for just a moment, you feel warmly welcomed, filled with compassion and deep understanding?
