"After living in Tokyo for 11 years, I moved to Kanazawa. After moving, I was often invited to the events of the label Sukima Industries in Kansai, and the venue in Kobe was often used as a live venue. It was SPACE EAUUU.At the time, the owner of the space often performed with a group called Minor House, and although it was a simple duo of keyboard and electric guitar, it was an adult performance that knew how to choose sounds and where to listen. It was like a veteran carpenter wielding a plane with a delicate hand, sharp but idyllic, as if they were sharpening it while drinking tea on the porch of the sound house they wanted to build. There is also one side: the eccentric character and self-consciousness that are common among musicians in the Kansai region, the live performances are frank and indifferent, and the content of the performance itself tends to be pulled by the human relationships and images of the music scene. (This kind of improvisation is not a performance.) (It may have been a problem that he talked too much about his love of B-grade kung fu movies during his improvisations.)

After a while, I was invited to participate in their projects, and I was even planning my own minor house concerts in Kanazawa. At the same time, I learned that Minor House hadn't recorded anything since their formation, so it was a good idea to record their outdoor performances on the streets of Kanazawa using a karaoke tape deck I found at Hard Off. I thought.Starting from the quiet precincts of a temple, we went around the underground passages of Kanazawa Station, parks, and gardens of museums, and at night, we performed in various places such as the fish market and streets after the shutters were down, and finally performed at the ruins of Kanazawa Castle. Recorded.Although it was an outdoor recording, the two keyboards and guitars were recorded directly with line inputs, so the surrounding field recording sound is not captured. However, the performance itself was greatly influenced by the surroundings, and this album was produced as a record of that. However, after that, due to various circumstances, Minor House's activities stagnated, and I myself became very busy with overseas tours, etc., and many years have passed. However, with the release of an album from kirigirisu recordings, that shady building will finally see the light of day.Taking this opportunity, their activities may be seen again.
