My composition process is intuitive and personal.The recordings I use are of the following nature: mementos of lost moments, recordings of empty spaces in nature and cities, manipulation of microphones and objects, deformed voices, and unprofessional instruments. , resonance. "

This is a CD released by Argentine psychedelic collage artist Bardo Todol on Tokyo's experimental label Zappak in May 2024. Below is an explanation by the label. "Pablo Picco, also known as Bardo Todol, is an Argentinian artist. So far, he has produced various cassette works both solo and in collaboration, and has been released on labels such as Sucata Tapes, Full Spectrum, Never Anything, Zoomin' Night, and presses précaires. This work is full of sounds that make it seem like his daily life has been dissolved into a tape recorder, including sounds from his family, the sounds of various instruments, and more. All of them are recorded on one tape, and the resolution is melted away.It gives the listener the pleasure of picking up each one and imagining what they are hearing. This is a CD released by Tokyo double bass players Yukiko Shiina Sakurazawa and Kon Okuma on Tokyo's experimental label Zappak in May 2024. Below is an explanation by the label. "Shina Yukiko Sakurazawa is a contrabass player who mainly works in the field of classical music. On the other hand, Kon Okuma is a contrabass player who works mainly in the field of jazz. However, both of them play improvisations irregularly at a venue called Ftarri. Wondering what would happen if these two people from different backgrounds collaborated, zappak decided to plan an event that mainly involved bows. , Okuma mainly took the approach of using tools such as finger picks and sticks.The two people's sounds were sometimes quiet and other times eloquent, repeating the sound without moving.
