This is a reissue CD released by American noise artist duo Skin Crime, composed of Patrick O'Neil and Scott Hull, on the country's noise label New Forces in January 2024. (The original was released in a very small number of copies in 1)
Contains approximately 30 minutes of harsh noise. It is a 6-page digipak specification.
Below is an explanation by Patrick O'Neil.
"In 1997, I received a postcard from GX, inviting me to perform at a show he was preparing. Of course I said yes. I talked it over with RRRon, who had also been invited, and asked if I would go to the West Coast. I thought it would be better to do a few shows and do a small tour. Sean was in Skin Crime at the time and couldn't go, and Mark was away from home. I thought it would be better to play solo. I hated it and didn't want to do the whole tour by myself, so the question was who did I want to play with? The first name that came to mind was Scott from Japanese Torture Comedy Hour. We've played live together many times, and we've played together live at RRR.I think our sounds are a good match, and just as importantly, we're virtually We hit it off because we were going to be living together for a week in 1.Due to distance and time constraints, we were only able to get together once to practice before we left for the tour.This is that session."

"1997. I get a postcard in the mail from GX asking if we'd like to play at a show he's setting up. Of course I said yes. I talked things over with RRRon, who had also been invited, and we decided that if we were going to fly out to the west coast, we might as well play a few shows and make a small tour out of it. I had one problem though, Shawn, who was playing with Skin Crime at the time, couldn't go, and Marc had moved out of the area. I hated playing solo, and didn't want to do an entire tour by myself, so the question was, who did I want to play with? The first name to come to mind was Scott from Japanese Torture Comedy Hour. We had already played a number of shows with them , and had collaborated at a show at RRR. I thought our sounds went well together, and just as importantly, since we'd be practically living together for a week, we got along well, so I asked him if he was interested in doing a small tour together with me and he agreed.
