Below is an explanation by Rush Michael Falknor.

"'Endless Tunnel' has all the right sonic trademarks of tape music. The movement and construction of each track is almost like a soundtrack, and there's a lot of emotion in these recordings that I From a perspective, there's a heavy sense of longing to these tracks; they're hyper-focused, no moment feels like it's meandering, there's always a sense of purpose and direction; the textural variety is Wonderful, the withering yet galloping sounds of horses and clucks linger in your ears along the way. Harsh tape grinds and mangles abound, but they're often faked to avoid boring moments. It doesn't feel stinky and everything falls into place just like taking a leisurely hike to the top of the waterfall, rejoicing in reaching the top of the waterfall as opposed to falling asleep next to it. The sounds on Dripping With Sweat are amazing. The raw din rolls down the golden pipes, scraping with every swoop. Scraping the whetstone, sharpening the blade. This tectonic movement is like flying... Beneath the fragments of the rolling tape, in the pillbox mowed down by a shell, comes the greatest shock. Sweat drips down, breathing becomes labored. The last shot reduces the barn to rubble."

2 Passing Unnoticed
3 Dripping With Sweat

Review from Rush Michael Falknor:

"Endless Tunnel has all the proper sonic trademarks of tape musique, there's a strong presence of the organic vs. magnetic here, the field recordings pairing super well with the molasses ooze of the sample whip and pull, drag and yank. The movement & build in each track so far is almost soundtrack-esque, there's a lot of emotion in these recordings, from my perspective there's a heavy sense of longing in these tracks, like a desperate trudge for life outside of the muck, like pushing a wheelbarrow with no wheels through a muddy field. Feels super focused, no moment feels like it's meandering, there's always a purpose & sense of direction. The diversity in the textures is great, loving this dead-yet-still-galloping horse clang & clack that batters along the way. Plenty of proper harsh tape grind & mangle, but none of it ever feels phoned in so as to save from a dull moment, it all falls into place just right, like slowly hiking your way to the top of the falls, rejoicing as we reach the peak, opposed to being blasted awake next to them. This arsenal of sounds employed on Dripping With Sweat is fantastic. Raw clamor & tumble down the golden pipes, scraping as we plummet. Rubbing the whetstone, sharpening the blades. These tectonic shifts hitting with maximum impact beneath the flying tape shrapnel, pillbox riddled with shellfire. dripping with sweat and breathing heavy. black fingernails from the dirt beneath. mummified in unspooled cassette tape and buried in the fields for the grandchildren to find after the thaw of winter. Final barrage leaves barn in rubble."
