Below is a commentary by the label.

"Mushroom's Patience is perhaps one of the best-kept secrets in the music world...well-known to aficionados, but completely unknown to most...the heart of the band. The band, whose member and mastermind is Raffaele Cerroni, has been active since the early 1980s. In the early 2000s, they gained fame in the industrial scene by signing with Hau Ruck!. Their music Even though it was a strange psychedelic blend of jazz, electronic music, and whatever sounds the musicians saw fit.

Water by Mushroom's Patience is the final chapter in the "Roma - Wien" (aka "earth-air-water") trilogy, and perhaps the highlight of both that trilogy and the band's work. It was recorded in 3 and released on CD a year later. This ``Water'' will be recorded for the first time as a double LP set.

This album has aged well, so to speak...it hasn't aged well at all...it could have been recorded today and I would have been just as enthusiastic about it as ever. ...That's why we couldn't be happier to be able to create this vinyl edition with new artwork.

Also, this "Roma - Wien" (or "Earth-Air-Water") period was the band's best period in my opinion...and I don't think I'm alone in that...as mentioned above , ``Water'' is probably the highlight...The band of this period had Jürgen Weber (Novy Svet) as its main co-conspirator next to Raffaele Cerroni...and then DBPIT ( Der Bekannte Post Industrielle Trompeter), Klau DEDI (Ain Sof), frl Tost (Novy Svet)......well...Mushroom's Patience were at the time a post-industrial supergroup. It was nothing but..."

"Mushroom's Patience is possibly one of those what you call best kept secrets within the music world… well known by connoisseurs and totally unknown to most… The core member, and mastermind, of the band is Raffaele Cerroni and the band is already active since the early 1980's. In the early 2000's they gained some fame in the industrial scene due to the signing to Hau Ruck!. This despite their music being a weird psychedelic blend of jazz, electronic music and any sound the musicians seemed fitting.

“Water” by Mushroom's Patience is the final part of the “Roma – Wien” (also known as the “earth-air-water”) trilogy and possibly the highlight of both this trilogy and the bands output. It was recorded in 2004 and released on CD a year later. “Water” now returns for the first time on vinyl as double-LP…

The album has aged well so to speak… it does not outdated at all… it could have been recorded to date and I would have been just as enthusiastic as I have ever been about it… so it is an absolute pleasure to be able to realize this vinyl edition with new artwork.

Also this 'Roma – Wien' (or “earth-air-water”) period was the best period of the band in my opinion… and I guess I am not alone in this… with as said “Water” probably the highlight… the band at that time began next to Raffaele Cerroni of Jurgen Weber (Novy Svet) as main conspirator… and next to that DBPIT (Der Bekannte Post Industrielle Trompeter), Clau DEDI (Ain Soph) and frl Tost (Novy Svet) were on board… so well… Mushroom’s Patience was at that time nothing short of a post-industrial supergroup…”
