This is a record released in February 2023 by Hidden Element, a bassist from Kyiv, Ukraine, with a limited edition of 2 copies from Czech leftfield dance label YUKU.

Contains 6 tracks of Leftfield dnb ~ Concrete Techno ~ Breakbeats. Comes with DL code. It is a 180g weight board.

Below is a message from the author.

"Hello my friends. I am very honored to release this record on YUKU. I made 5 tracks specifically for this release.

They have become so diverse, so different and so cohesive at the same time.
5 tracks are like 5 variations and 5 stairs in my life.The jacket by my friend and Kyiv-based artist Bohdan Burenko perfectly captures the mood of the EP. It has 5 faces, 5 characters, and 5 stories.

I should mention that the demos for some of these songs were written in 2018 when I was living in California.And I wrote the bass for "The Wall" in Walnut, a small town outside of Los Angeles.The song title also explains this.At the time, I was listening to a lot of old-school metalheads music, and I think that music had a big influence on the atmosphere of this song. It's the same with Runnin' Out, we made a demo in the US and finished it while we were preparing for YUKU's release. Offset Range1 is my personal favorite song. I wrote it in Keew when I had Covid and was fiddling with sampler knobs and synth automation. 99 is nostalgia for good old breakbeats, Vezhlivy Otkaz has the weirdest drop I've ever written.Of course, as a fan of Tim Reaper, it's an honor for me to have a remix of Tim Reaper.

Now, I am writing this article in Kiew.I don't know what my future holds because of the Russian invasion, but I see no reason to delay this release.All profits from this EP will be sent to charities and infrastructure restoration in Ukraine. ”

"Hello, my friends. It's a big honor for me to release this EP on YUKU because I sincerely love lots of releases of this label and follow them practically since the day they started. I've created 5 tracks specially for this release.

They turned out to be very diverse, quite different, but at the same time cohesive.
5 tracks — like 5 variations and 5 stairs of my life. The cover by my friend, Kyiv-based artist Bohdan Burenko, perfectly outlines the mood of this EP. It shows 5 faces, 5 characters, and 5 stories.

I should mention that some demos for these tracks I wrote back in 2018, when I lived in California. And the basis for 'The Wall' I wrote in the suburbs of Los Angeles in a small town Walnut. then, I listened to a lot of old-school Metalheadz tracks, and I guess this music had a big impact on the atmosphere of this track. Same story with 'Runnin' Out' - I made the demo in US, then finished it when I was preparing the release for YUKU. 'Offset Range1' is my personal favorite. I'm writing this text now in Kyiv. Because of Russian invasion, I'm not sure what my future will be like, but I don't see any reason to postpone this release. All the profit from this EP I'd like to send for the charity & restoration of the infrastructure of Ukraine.
