Previously announced by Cassauna, Psychic Liberation, etc. This is the latest work released by the Iranian brothers' experimental duo Saint Abdullah in February 2022 on Room 2, the label of Lawrence English, an acoustic writer in Melbourne, Australia.

Contains 5 cut-up collage ambient songs. The following is a commentary by the writer himself.

The 22-minute film "glamour factory" begins by listening to the voices of outstanding film narration artists with decades of career in the Iranian film industry. He has been awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions to the film world.

In his speech, he first said, "Society does not accept us with multiple identities. Society does not accept us with multiple identities. To be easy to understand. Easy to understand, Easy to measure. The movie allowed him to be free from it.

This is what we feel very strongly. And, on the other hand, sound and music give us freedom from everything. That's why I thought it was appropriate to sample the ultimate sampler.Talking about the concept of identity through those who have lived it and those who have recognized it.

From here on, you'll have a pit stop that crosses Inshara Land. This street is crowded. We live on top of each other. This place, where we are anxious to create from nothing, is a living place. It's permanent. In Insharaland, we are forced to, by chance, recognize our interrelationships in front of the mirror and the fact that we are more than one.We can only make points together. We are holding a mirror.

It's not just a serious story. In many ways, this work is humorous. As long as you understand. We can and are exercising our right to laugh at ourselves. We should always be able to laugh.

What is a voice?Human voice?Voices and stories that are special to us They will be your friends, samples of these.Build relationships with them.Revisit and reinterpret every night.Introduce other friends and stories.Maybe we can understand each other as long as we share the space together. These stories have a blind desire.

Artist statement by Saint Abdullah:

"In the 22 minute piece'glamour factory', we start things off by sampling the voice of one of Iran's pre-eminent film voiceover artists, whose career lasted decades in Iranian cinema. Here he was, receiving a lifetime achievement award for his services to the film industry.

And in his speech, he started off by saying that society does not accept us for having multiple identities.

This is something that we feel very intensely. And in response, sound and music offers freedom from it all. So then, it felt fitting to sample the ultimate sampler. To speak about the notion of identities through the person who has lived it, acknowledged it.

From here, it is about making certain pit stops across inshallahlaland. These are dense streets. We live on top of each other. This place that we crave creating out of thin air is a lived place. up a mirror to realize our interconnectedness, we are forced to reckon with the fact that we are multiple things. We connect the dots only togetherWe hold up a mirror.

It's not all serious. In a lot of ways, the piece is humorous. If only you could understand. We can and do exercise the right to laugh at ourselves. We should always be able to laugh.

What is it with voices? Human voices? They carry a special place for us. Voices and stories. They become your friends, these samples. You build a relationship with them. Night by night, revisit and reinterpret. Introduce them to other friends and stories. Maybe together, if only you shared space, you'd then understand each other. There's blind aspiration in these stories.

Huge thank you to Lawrence for his guidance and support. "
